Meet Manny Valencia

With more than 20 years of experience in the service industry, I built my career around something that continues to guide me today: taking care of people. Throughout my management career, I led teams, trained and mentored employees and managers, solved problems, and worked every day to create an exceptional client experience. Those years taught me the importance of listening, communicating clearly, staying organized, and following through—qualities I bring to every real estate transaction.

As a full-time real estate professional with Baird & Warner, I use that experience to help buyers and sellers navigate what can be one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Real estate involves many moving parts, and I believe my background in leadership, coaching, communication, and negotiation allows me to keep the process organized while remaining focused on what matters most: my client's goals and best interests.

My approach is straightforward. I want my clients to feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the process. Whether I'm helping a first-time buyer purchase their first home, assisting a family with a move, or helping a homeowner prepare to sell, I provide steady guidance, honest communication, and personal attention from start to finish.

I proudly serve Lake Zurich and the surrounding communities throughout Lake County and McHenry County, and I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I look forward to serving the Spanish-speaking community and helping more families achieve their real estate goals.

Outside of real estate, my greatest passion is my family. My wife of 16 years and our two daughters are at the center of my life. We are also a family that loves pets! When I'm not working, I enjoy creating welcoming outdoor spaces, working in my garden, and spending time in the backyard.
